Vardhan is a third-year undergraduate student pursuing a degree in chemical engineering. Vardhan has worked with Dr. Joshua Rhodes and Drew Kassel computing the hourly solar and wind energy production for every balancing authority in the US using the PyGRETA energy model. Vardhan has also interned with the Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI) investigating residential demand response, electrification of residential heating systems, and class 4 fault-managed power systems.
